on the area of food raw materials is encountered with the European
consumers scepticism and restraint.
The policy of Bossy Céréales SA, however, is it to respect customer's
requests and offer safe and healthy food.
Therefore, we decided not to use genetically modified raw materials.
Bossy Céréales SA takes its responsibility and guarantees by its instructions,
quality controls and the tracability of the raw materials a maximum
of security to exclude impurities with GMO- raw materials.
Concerning the risk raw materials (corn, rice, soy), we locked contracts
with our suppliers, which guarantee us GMO-free cereals (max. 0.1% GMO).
Each lot of corn, rice and soy is analytically examined.
Usual values are 0,00% to 0,01%.

Confidence in organic products |
The company Bossy Céréales SA offers also organic products.
We get the raw materials from contracted partners known for many years.
For certifying our organic products we co-operate with the Swiss organisation
bio-suisse (www.bio-suisse.ch) and we are controlled by bio-inspecta
(www.bio-inspecta.ch).
Due to the larger demand of organic products in addiction with only slowly
growing organic cultivated areas, the danger occurs that non-organic
is defined as organic. We strive to work against that by the exclusive use
of well-known commercial sources and our exact study of the appropriate
certificates.
Of course, we can guarantee the tracability and the purity of the raw material
lots at any time within our own process cycles.
